(the) best product is not enough if AI does not understand its advantages
The mere presence of a brand in AI responses is just a starting point. The business significance of recommendations depends on three questions.
Does the brand appear in questions that lead the customer to purchase?
The brand should be visible not only when the user types its name. Key are questions about needs, applications, parameters, technical issues, and recommendations. It is at this stage that the customer is comparing available solutions. And that is where your brand may be missing.
Does AI connect the brand with its real advantages?
A manufacturer may invest for years in thermal parameters, acoustics, safety, durability, design, automation, assembly systems, or service quality. If AI reduces the brand solely to price or general statements, these investments do not contribute to the customer's decision.
Does AI give the customer a convincing reason to choose the brand over the competition?
In the response, it matters not only who is mentioned. It also matters (or perhaps primarily?) how the recommendation is justified. If the competition receives a specific argument while your brand only gets a neutral description, it may become a more obvious choice for the customer.
How will this knowledge impact your business?
You will see where your product's advantages stop working
You will learn under what needs, criteria, and purchasing situations AI models consider your brand, and when they more strongly recommend the competition. This will allow you to see whether investments in the product actually translate into arguments that reach the customer in AI responses.
You will check whether AI understands what truly distinguishes the brand
A company may invest in technical parameters, technologies, certifications, safety, quality of execution, automation, design, service, or installation experience. If these advantages do not appear in GenAI responses or are also attributed to the competition, they cease to help the customer distinguish the brand from other options. The webinar will show you how to notice this discrepancy.
You will limit random marketing actions
Instead of creating more content without a clear goal, you will more easily determine which information needs to be clarified, expanded, organised, or better documented. This may relate to the brand's website, product sheets, system descriptions, technical materials, guides, commercial communication, PR, or data provided to distributors and partners.
You will gain an argument for budget discussions
Visibility in large language models can easily be treated as a technological curiosity. During the webinar, you will see how to discuss it in business terms: • the competition receives stronger recommendations • the most important product parameters do not appear in the arguments • the brand is presented in the wrong segment or context • technological advantages do not distinguish the company from other manufacturers • the customer may receive incomplete or incorrect information This will make it easier for you to justify the need for further actions to your boss, management, company owner, or the person responsible for marketing and budget.

Why
During the webinar, we will show how to read these signals from LLM analysis and translate them into decisions regarding content, product data, communication of advantages, and sales.
It is therefore not just about whether GenAI 'knows' your brand. It is about whether it 'understands' why the customer should choose it over the competition.
The webinar is primarily intended for:
owners and managers of companies in the window joinery and construction systems industry
manufacturers of windows, doors, gates, blinds, profile systems, and other construction solutions
individuals responsible for marketing, communication, product, or sales
companies investing in technological development, parameters, certifications, and product advantages
manufacturers influencing websites, product descriptions, and technical data
brands operating in competitive markets where customers compare several similar solutions
individuals wanting to better understand why AI recommends some brands more strongly than others
You do not need to know advanced concepts related to GenAI, SEO/GEO, or semantics. The meeting will be conducted from a perspective useful for marketing, sales, product creation, and key business decisions.
You will see what a real AI response looks like
- which brands appeared and why they were chosen
- how LLM justifies the choice
- which brands are missing from the results
- what features and advantages were attributed to individual brands
- whether this way of presentation supports the actual business position
You will see that the strength of recommendations is not determined solely by the presence of a name. What matters most is what arguments AI builds around the brand and how it presents it against the competition.
You will not receive another list of random prompts One question asked in Gemini or ChatGPT may show an interesting example. However, it is not enough to conclude that the brand is well or poorly represented in large language models. Responses may vary depending on the model, the way the question is formulated, the type of investment, expected parameters, budget, target audience, and the stage of the purchasing process. Therefore, randomly checking a few queries can lead to both a false sense of security and overly far-reaching conclusions. During the webinar, you will see how to distinguish a single observation from information on which actions can be planned.

Frequently asked questions
Is this webinar only for window and door manufacturers?
No. The examples will be set in the context of window joinery and construction systems, but the topic broadly concerns manufacturers of solutions whose selection is based on comparing parameters, technologies, applications, and product advantages. The webinar will therefore also be valuable for manufacturers of gates, blinds, profiles, automation, assembly systems, and other solutions used in construction. The key question is common: can AI properly understand the advantages of your product and use them when the customer compares available solutions?
Will the webinar focus on ChatGPT, or also on other AI models?
ChatGPT is just one of the places where customers can ask about products, technologies, and manufacturers today. During the webinar, we will talk more broadly about large language models and AI-generated responses. This is important because the answer to a similar question may vary depending on the model, the way the question is asked, the type of investment, the parameters expected by the customer, or the stage of the purchasing process. Therefore, a single test conducted in one tool does not yet provide a reliable picture of the situation.
Will I see specific examples from the window joinery and construction systems industry?
Yes. The webinar will not be a general presentation on artificial intelligence. The starting point will be situations where AI compares manufacturers and solutions and uses criteria such as technical parameters, safety, certifications, durability, design, automation, quality of execution, or method of installation. We will show not only which brands appear in the response but, more importantly, what arguments AI attributes to individual manufacturers and whether they actually correspond to what companies build their advantage on.
Is the webinar useful if my company mainly operates in a B2B model?
Yes. In this industry, the purchasing decision often does not belong to one person. Different information may be sought by the investor, architect, contractor, business partner, or person responsible for purchasing. AI may appear at various stages of such a process as a source of information, a tool for comparing solutions, or the first 'advisor' suggesting brands worth further investigation. Therefore, it is important not only whether AI knows the manufacturer but also what it associates it with and when it considers its solution appropriate.
Our brand is well known in the industry. Is this webinar still for us?
In the case of well-known brands, the problem can be particularly interesting. Simply knowing the name does not mean that AI correctly understands the advantages of the product. The model may mention a well-known brand but simultaneously reduce it to very general features, overlook important technologies, or attribute stronger arguments to the competition. From a business perspective, therefore, not only the presence of the brand matters but also the justification for its choice.
Will I learn why AI might recommend the competition even if we have better product parameters?
This is one of the main topics of the webinar. The advantage existing in the product does not automatically become an advantage in AI responses. If information about technology, parameters, certifications, or applications is poorly described, scattered, ambiguous, or insufficiently present in the sources used by the models, AI may not utilize them when formulating recommendations. During the webinar, we will show how to recognize such discrepancies and how to think about them as a business problem, not just a technological one.
Will I know what to improve on the website and in product materials after the webinar?
The goal is not to prepare a ready-made audit of a specific company but to show a way of thinking that allows you to identify areas requiring further work. This may include descriptions of systems, product sheets, technical parameters, information about applications, certifications, guides, commercial communication, materials for partners, or how to present advantages on the manufacturer's website. The webinar aims to help answer the question: 'which information is truly important for our advantage and can AI read it?'
Is this a technical webinar for SEO and AI specialists?
No. The topic is technology, but the perspective remains business-oriented. Those who will benefit the most are individuals responsible for marketing, communication, product, sales, and brand management. We will primarily discuss what AI tells a potential customer, how it presents manufacturers' advantages, and what consequences this may have for the selection process. No programming knowledge or technical understanding of how language models work will be required.
Who is leading the webinar and what experience do they have?
The webinar is led by Michał Grzebyk, Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of Brand Semantics, involved in marketing since 2009. He combines experience in marketing, semantics, SEO, communication, and strategic planning with practical use of language models in business. He is a strategist and trainer, and during the webinar, he will focus not on the technology itself but on its implications for marketing, product, and sales. An additional argument is Brand Semantics' experience working for the sector. Among the company's clients and partners, Hörmann Polska is mentioned.
Will it be possible to analyse an example related to my company during the webinar?
During the substantive part, we will focus on previously prepared examples to show the entire analysis process step by step. However, a separate Q&A session is planned after the presentation. If you have a question regarding your own brand, a specific product category, or a situation you observe in AI responses, you can raise it then. We cannot guarantee a full analysis of each company submitted during the meeting, but we will try to answer as many questions as possible.
What exactly will I receive after signing up?
Registration gives you access to the online webinar and a Q&A session with the host. After the event, you will also receive a recording, so you can return to the presented examples and conclusions during discussions with your own team. The entire session will take about 45 minutes: 35 minutes of substantive content and about 10 minutes allocated for participant questions. The webinar will take place online on the ClickMeeting platform.
Is it worth registering if I'm not sure I'll be available during the webinar?
Yes. The recording will be sent after the event, so registration makes sense even if the timing conflicts with a meeting, trip, or obligations at work. Live participation primarily offers the additional opportunity to ask your own question to the host.
Will Brand Semantics' offer be presented during the webinar?
The webinar is primarily educational in nature. Its main goal is to show how AI interprets manufacturers' advantages and how to distinguish a random model response from information that may be significant for marketing and sales. We will also show how to analyse this area more systematically. If after the webinar you want to check your brand's situation more broadly or discuss collaboration with Brand Semantics, there will, of course, be an opportunity, but this is not a condition for participation.
What specifically should I take away from this webinar?
After 45 minutes, you should primarily look at the question 'is our brand visible in AI?' differently. Instead of limiting yourself to checking whether the company name appeared in ChatGPT, you will know that you need to analyse the context, argumentation, attributed advantages, the position of the competition, and the stage of the purchasing process. This will make it easier for you to assess whether it is worth changing content, product data, or the way advantages are communicated, rather than starting actions just because 'something needs to be done about AI.'
Find out why AI might recommend the competition instead of your brand
Spend about 45 minutes and see what arguments AI uses when comparing manufacturers and solutions in your industry.
